Our vision is to advance the dignity of individual and to be the premier provider of services to the developmentally disabled in the Suncoast Region by promoting self-advocacy and the highest possible quality of life.
Hill Foster Home LLC strives to support individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve the highest possible quality of life, by assisting them to reach their chosen personal centered goals and outcomes, through advocacy, skill training and utilizing natural supports in the highest degree.

Services Provided
Hill Foster Home LLC serves as an agency provider for residential placement for individuals with profound-to-moderate levels of intellectual disabilities as licensed by the State of Florida.

The population of individuals served are ambulatory, Wheel chair, verbal, or non-verbal, may have hearing impairments, and have manageable medical conditions. The program offers residential habilitation (group home), personal Supports, Supported Living Coaching, Respite Care, and Transportation services. The agency offers training in the area of self-care, daily living skills to increase independent functioning. The main focus is to improve the personal quality of life. Hill Foster Home LLC provides recreational outings and supervised medical / Dental appointments. The agency provides service to any consumer within the Suncoast Region. The following are descriptions of persons served, services provided and their primary objective.
Residential habilitation
Residential habilitation service provides supervision and specific training activities that assist the recipient to acquire, maintain, or improve skills related to activities of daily living. The service focuses on personal hygiene skills, such as bathing and oral hygiene; homemaking skills such as food preparation, vacuuming, and laundry; and social and adaptive skills that enable the recipient to reside in the community. This training is provided in accordance with a formal implementation plan, developed by the provider with direction from the recipient, and reflects the recipient’s goals from the current support plan.
Supported Living Coaching
These services can include assistance with locating appropriate housing; the acquisition, retention, or improvement of skills related to activities of daily living (e.g., personal hygiene and grooming); household chores; meal preparation; shopping; personal finances; and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable recipients to reside on their own
Respite
Is a service that gives family members (or caregivers that ordinarily provide care) some time off for a break from the demand of caring for a developmental disability. Respite care can be for a few hours to a few days and can also be used for family emergencies. This service is generally used due to a brief planned or emergency absence, or when the primary caregiver is available, but temporarily physically unable to care for or supervise the recipient for a brief period of time.
In Home Support
Personal supports services provide assistance and training to the recipient in activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and preparation of meals. When specified in the support plan, this service can also include heavy household chores to make the home safer, such as washing floors, windows and walls; tacking down loose rugs and tiles; or moving heavy items or furniture. Services also include non-medical care, and supervision. This service can provide access to community-based activities that cannot be provided by natural or unpaid community supports and are likely to result in an increased ability to access community resources without paid support.
Transportation
Help coordinate par transit to and from home or other places a consumer needs to go to function in their life.
Life Skills Development
Companion services consist of non-medical care, supervision, and socialization activities provided to recipients age 21 years or older. This service must be provided in direct relation to the achievement of the recipient’s goals as specified in the recipient’s support plan. The service provides access to community-based activities that cannot be provided by natural or other unpaid supports, and should be defined as activities most likely to result in increased ability to access community resources without paid support. These services can be scheduled on a regular, long-term basis.
